It's a complicated experience for us. The swing is good only up to a certain age, because the more weight it holds the more difficult the swing will be. And it should have been taller than this.

Don't buy after three months baby starts rolling and the cradle goes on one side with the baby weight. Waste of money

Don't fall prey guys, this Star and Daisy products are very unreliable and they just loot customers. I had very bad experience with 2 products I'm unable to use them even now after 3 months of purchase. Some or the other issue and the service is pathetic.

Plz dnt buy any thing from staranddaisy they dnt reply after selling products.we hv purchase same Cradel and from 1st day we got too much noise and required them to replace it.. They dnt replace and after 2 month they said us to send them and we hv to pick from them when they said product is not good.

Exactly were disappointing & worst customer service. My baby cradle too made weird noises and I recorded video and sent but they said no noise is coming so we can’t replace or return.
