I don't know why sumeet raghvan got less opportunity in this field. He is such an underrated actor. His versatility is amazing, his comic timing is amazing, his expressions are on supreme level. It was just out of touch with Indians at that time. There was lot of English spoken. Maya’s dishes were unheard of (at that time), much of the humor was high level. People watching saas bahu drama couldn’t comprehend this kind of comedy. Some humor was also adult if you can pick up hints here and there in all the episodes. I will admit my family used to watch Sarabhai vs Sarabhai regularly when they did the re-runs.
