Are you playing on mac? If so how do you get it to screen record without being that laggy

Yes I am playing on mac. I use OBS to record and I basically set the settings to the lowest possible quality so that it would reduce the amount of lag i get from recording. Even with that, my ping is generally higher than what it normally is without recording. I say download OBS (or any recording app that u wish to use) and play around with the settings to find the most optimal setup for you
