You should try the “Cinderella drink” ask for an iced pumpkin spice latte with 1.2 pumps of white chocolate mocha/ 1.2 pumps of pumpkin with oat milk. Trust me it tastes a whole lot better!

Really? That kind of surprises me. Usually Starbucks employees are so cheerful and accommodating. My sister used to work there and a lot of my friends have worked there. A lot, a lot of my friends. Starbucks people are my people. So i know about Star Skills!! is that still a thing? Regardless if they call it that, i know they have high standards of customer interaction. Still, we’re all human! i hope that barista has a better day! We can’t be cheerful all the time, and even when life is hard people in the service industry in the USA are expected to behave as if they’re having the time of their lives, which isn’t practical. i lived in St Maarten in the Caribbean for two years and the employees there do not have to be cheerful or kiss butt. They are a lot more employee-centered there, and i think that’s good in so many ways.

@@emilyi771 mobile orders are more difficult compared to cafe/drive thru especially since you can’t clarify with the customer (several times we’ve had people ask for caramel syrup in their drinks on mobile when they meant caramel drizzle) things like that :D

Okay 2 things……1: you look absolutely stunning in this video, and 2: the only Fall drink from Starbucks that I honestly like is the regular PSL…I know it’s basic, but I love it and then for the food…..I’m obsessed with the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, pumpkin scone, and pumpkin loaf.

Starbucks is from Washington State. Gets cool here in Washington State starting in early September usually, at least at night it does. i get cold easily though so my standards for “cold” or “cool” are different than a lot of people i know.

I’m a Starbucks barista and I work open shifts and the customers are always nicer, I’ve worked a lot of night shifts and everyone is just so rude and has no patience at all so it’s hard to enjoy working when ppl act like that. I always prefer to work in the morning

I love pumpkin flavored anything! I have two go-to's once we get pumpkin spice back at Starbucks. 1) Grande iced caramel macchiatto with 2 pumps of pumpkin spice syrup (if you want a tall, do 1 pump; 3 pumps for a venti) or 2) Grande iced Chai latte with 2 pumps vanilla and pumpkin cream foam on top (again, 1 pump for tall; 3 pumps for venti). If you're a pumpkin fan, I highly recommend you try them! I definitely need to try that apple drink this year, it sounds so good!

Me coming to see if you got my favorite drink. Apple crisp creme Frappuccino. I had it with the coffee last year . I like the coffee one better. I want to try the brown sugar syrup too. I’ve never had it. Pumpkin spice is the best I can’t remember if I’ve had the muffin. Thanks for sharing.

I think Starbucks also added oatmilk to the Apple Crisp creme Frappuccinos too this year. I had one last year and it was pretty good. I didn’t like the Apple crisp macchiato hot or cold and with blonde espresso. I’ll just stick with the Frappuccinos.

I was super excited to see a new video notification but for usual it was on my way to work but I just got off and was able to watch. The cream cheese muffin sounds amazing and so does the apple crisp drink. I don't go to Starbucks very often unless I have a gift card or something. A couple weeks ago my co-worker let me get whatever I wanted from Starbucks because I worked for him one day and I got a frappuccino cuz you can't really go wrong with that on a hot day here in the south and also I tried the pink drink for the first time and it was good. I took my little Welsh Corgi and they gave him a pup cup and he loved it lol probably didn't need it but he loved it. I do love their nitro cold brew though. I'm not a big pumpkin spice girl so a lot of things about fall Don't really appeal to me. But I definitely love carving pumpkins and Halloween I don't know why I just never acquired the pumpkin spice taste. I love your shirt 🍑 yeah I live in Louisiana and my grandma is the queen of making pecan pies. The restaurant that I work at just got a new fall menu roll out and we have this amazing caramel apple cheesecake it is so good. Apparently they changed the pumpkin spice syrup this year, you may like it cold now. It taste a bit different. Also, whenever you don't have a straw to mix your drink, put your finger over the opening and turn the drink upside down and back up a few times to mix it.

I think the cold latte is not as good this year. I tried the cold brew and it was way better than the latte. I’ve had Starbucks say they just made the drink the way they normally make it and ignored if I wanted it hot or cold 🤷‍♀️ they fixed it though
