Ingredients 🍌
- 115g butter (½ cup) (4 oz)
- 200g sugar (1 cup) (7 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 80ml milk (⅓ cup) (2.7 oz)
- 5g lemon juice (1 tsp) (0.2 oz)
- 200g flour (1 ⅔ cups) (7 oz)
- 10g baking powder (2 tsp) (0.35 oz)
- 2g salt (½ tsp) (0.1 oz)
- 2g cinnamon powder (½ tsp)(0.1 oz)
- 5g vanilla extract (1 tsp) (0.2 oz)
- 240g banana, mashed (~3 bananas) (8.5 oz)
- 60g walnuts and pecan nuts, chopped (½ cup) (2 oz)

Instructions👩🍳
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs, mix well.
- Add the milk and lemon juice then mix well.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder with a sieve.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract, mashed banana, chopped walnuts and pecan nuts.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
