It is Christmas eve morning and I am stirring an instant coffee extra strong so it will taste just like Starbucks coffee. Better yet, I am going to a Starbucks and mix instant coffee for the strikers too. I am cheap and proud if it!

I know, that didn't sound right so I looked it up--it's actually 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth parents (meaning mothers).

10 holidays and 13 paid sick days on top of the 18 paid week vacation? Lol... c'mon man.

I looked this up, and it's actually 18 weeks paid maternity leave for birth mothers, and 12 weeks paid leave for non-birth parents (ie dads), which is awesome! I hope this paves the way for other companies to start doing this.
