Anyone know if this can survive in Phoenix, AZ? A lot of succulents don't do great here because of the high nighttime temps in the summer, but it would be awesome if this was an exception.

You mentioned this area never really sees direct sunlight, but how does it do in full sun? Morning sun? Afternoon sun? Sloped areas? Near a saltwater pool? Honestly I can't tell you exactly how to do it as we have our own process from start to finish that does not involve that. However some neighbors of ours have done it and they've seen results. Can't help you there unfortunately.
