Just a top tier game. Both sides playing incredibly well, and just the mechanical madness of controlling 243684328738 groups of units causing zerg to slowly buckle under relentless, well-thought out pressure. Masterful execution from both sides

no it wasnt, the zerg didnt destroy a single vessel and most of em were 1 shots because of plague total sloppy hydra group throwaways the zerg player deserved to lose and he did

i wonder what the stats for this map are in TvZ. Feels pretty hard to get that 4th for zerg, and even the 3rd is vulnerable to getting bursted down by a flank. Feels like the type of map where if you tech to defiler you might just be giving Terran too much time to take over the middle, and then you are fighting from a losing position. Wonder if there is a winning line for zerg in lair beat down. That being said, Z player had a big bank at multiple points in the match, so maybe with better macro they can have a closer match.

Love artuser's map vision throughout the game, would have loved to see a couple mutas to pick off the plagued vessels. It seems like a waste to focus on plague but not bother to build 1-2 mutas to finish the job.

The hydras are supposed to do that in hydra-defiler, but it seems the APM just wasn't quite there in the end for them to do that

@@iiroaro808 1-2 mutas would have done a better job. Hits 3 vessels at once, doesn't care about the terrain, would have likely won him the game, at least allowed him to hold his 4th.
