To be fair, Kerrigan P3 is actually overpowered. Mass Nydus Worms + all masteries into kerrigan's abilities. Plus, upgrade for assimilation aura gives more benefit for you AND your ally than anything other Kerris could do.

putting all masteries into kerrigans abilities isnt worth it, the third mastery set should be put into 60% faster and cheaper uprades rather than 30% primary ability dmg and attack speed, its a trade off buff and nerf for kerrigan (instant all upgrades but slightly less dmg), and moves army from late game to early-mid game, allowing more nydus worms at the same time which gives more kerrigan micro potential + general map presence all these things + early army > 30% ability dmg (when microed)

I can give you so much more movement, healing and energy and the enemy can't stop it with their anti-air anymore, and my map vision and control are so much smoother now! To each their own. P1 has less damage potential, but it is just a kickback and relax since you the only things to do left is spam zerglings and ultralisks/corruptors

What is the artifact cage trick

You can surround the artifact (with buildings) on its original spawning point to prevent it from moving, so the artifact will always spawn at the same place. You have to do it before using Prophecy for the first time however, as that's what trigger the artifact movement. Also it only work on Miner evacuation, Dead of Night, Malwarfare, Vermillion, Oblivion Express and Cradle of death (and nobody knows why).
