Legacy of the Void has been released for about a week now, so here are some straightforward strategies you can use to beat each mission on Brutal difficulty. I will briefly explain my unit variant choices as well as Solarite allocation before each mission. Of course, there are many different workable strategies, though I aim to share some of the easiest ones for players to replicate via this walkthrough.

I've done at least 65% of the map ONLY with 18 Dark Templars, of course with all 3 upgrades (together with solar lance and time stop) and once I took over the second base in the middle, I've continued with Void Rays . Of course, brutal. It took me longer to finish - about 1 hour, but it was a lot of fun :). Not to mention that I killed everything on the map. Everything, just for fun.

Ooh ooh ooh, you should wait until Starcraft Remastered comes out and play through that! Compare how Mass Recall played to the mechanics of the original Starcraft campaigns as they were in the first game, with the added bonus of showing off the Remastered content! ...Though it would mean playing through, effectively, the same campaigns a third time...

i remember my first attempt with ground units. once i reached naruds place i just couldnt. i have lanced him to death. second mission was easy. third mission i did not hear him biting into my base. and was left baseless and since im smart i had no expansions. pretty sure it was on a low difficulty but when going blind you cant expect much

Nah, Dark Templars! 18 + 26 Void Rays. But there is catch: you need to upgrade them at least all 3 armor and shield.
