SC1/2 are actually already full of names relating to mythology/religion, such as Thor, Goliath, Valkyrie, Ares (robot in WoL campaign), Odin, Phoenix, Zealot, Templar, Wraith, etc

How I've missed seeing roach/hydra in action. The composition is strong and it's been around since the beginning of sc2! Oh boy... I feel old already. But thanks to you Lowko, I can now imagine a retired Serral playing the piano with one hand and violin in the other!

The gap between Serral and Maru (1st and 2nd) on Aligulac is the same between Maru and Solar (2nd and 10th). I know grain of salt and all that, but I think it's time to accept that Serral is just in a league of his own.

Love the use of hydras. Since sc1 they always felt like the penultimate Zerg unit (as much as lings) but I never liked that they weren't as useful as roaches. Roaches aren't as interesting. Seeing Hydras being used this well makes me like Zerg very slightly

At 16:38 when MaxPax activates Prismatic Alignment, there is an Overseer dies to the Archon before the Void Ray can target it. I assume MaxPax was unaware how much HP the Overseer had remaining when he activated Prismatic Alignment.

Pretty sure the hydra vs colossus stuff in game... 2? was just cause Serral was pretty massively ahead on macro, hydras are REALLY good offensively, so the logic is "I can produce enough hydras to kill a colossus before the very few colossi MaxPax is able to produce can kill enough hydras".

Protoss was so good at one time that other races needed separate counters for every ability even.. but now that everyone has all the counters and all protoss abilities have been nerfed to the ground.. it's safe to say that Protoss needs buffs or re-instatement of it's previous abilities or reversal of nerfs.. not new abilities.. cause then they will remove it after adding its counter to the other races.. lol

So many years and we still don't see Protoss able to compete on an equal footing with Zerg and Terran. As a Protoss fan I must say that I regret this imbalance. Then it must be said that Serral is really a great player!

I think it has to do with the fact that if protoss would be enhanced, sure it will be more balanced at top level, however in lower tiers protoss would probably just ravage everything. Same in Doto, there are certain heroes that are not buffed specifically for this reason, that the pubs would blow up if people would abuse this type of heroes, and many players would just get frustrated and leave the game altogether.

This game was a stronghold Perhaps one of the last survivors in a world dominated by paid upgrades. For it is modern chess, but nothing stands up to profit. No serious talk..I am one who still loves it as a single player and what Lowko and many others are doing is something Blizzard should admire

The twilight console should have an upgrade that easy and quick that gives sentries a buff or more energy so hallucinations can be used more efficiently. Or sentry Sheild protects the sentry NY like 50% but everyone else the same. So the sentry can go into the front lines

Bahahaha When protoss wins: Has to play around adepts and catch opponent unaware, using clever ways of teleporting in and out of the base which requires an insane amount of focus to do, barely managing to make it work. When zerg wins: I mass unit and they die :)

I am so glad as a Terran player that Zerg human players do not use Contamination basically _ever_. They could totally change the meta if they do that; more units left at home, more static air defenses needed, etc. to counter regular overseer harassment for this purpose.

Serral has used in in recent games vs Maru and other terrans to stop the siege tank production. That was part of his build though to stop the siege tank. This one is a stroke of genius.
