StarCraft: Brood War 1v7 Melee: Terran vs. Random (Remastered)

First time to play remastered so I just have to do my favorite thing in StarCraft -- 1v7 melee mode using Terran! ^_^
Last time I did this a few days ago, it was all Zerg. This time, I'm spicing up a little bit so I made them random.

Being a teen walking out back smoking a joint and playing StarCraft all night, so many fond memories! I could only online game after 9 at night so the phone line wasn't tied up and this game worked good on a 56k modem! I regret I missed out on sc2 didn't even play it and still haven't! On big game Hunters I hated starting out where he is!

How come the computer players rarely attack the bunkers? Is it because the supply depots in front of your bunkers are preventing them from attacking?

Yes, their range is short enough because of the depots in front but sometimes, it depends on how you layout the depots and bunkers, they try to destroy the depots first... XD

i think it depends on the difficulty level you get randomly when the game started... I even experience thay target the supply depots first, ignoring the bunkers.. I just happened to be lucky on that game hehehehe

the AI is also designed for maps with smaller mineral piles. these minerals on BGH have basically unlimited minerals. The AI simply doesn't know to MASS AIR.

If you’re familiar with the Campaign editor, you can make a scenario that essentially makes the match a melee under “use map settings.” However, your starting position will be fixed, as well as the other AI’s - you won’t randomly start anywhere else. By doing this, though, you will be able to customize the AI to be more focused on building specific things than anything else by adjusting the “Forces” section. I’m not much of a creator using the Campaign editor myself, but i have seen enough of it to know you can heavily adjust/customize what the AI specifically does. You can also select an option in the editor where the AI plays “Brutal.” If i was any better at scenario building, i would set the games to this and have some really interesting games.

когда кто то играет в sc против ботов: бот постоянно массово сливает лёгкую пехоту и человек побеждает когда это делаю я: бот использует ядерные взрывы (если есть терран), масс-авиацию, чуму на здания и юниты (если есть зерг) или стазис и т.п. и в итоге против 7 ничего не сделать, так как уже на 10 минуте прилетает огромный флот вместе с армией самых топовых юнитов и сносит меня с карты

Great game. I do not understand what hapens at 6:00. The enemy start to walking around your base instead of atack. I played many times this game 1x7, building barriers of structures at the door of the base, and that glitch never happend to me. The enemy always atacked the structures.

Because the melees are trying to attack the bunker behind the depots, and can't get past them that's why they kept walking arround, trying to figure out how to reach the bunkers hahahaha more of an AI problem hehehe but yeah, sometimes, they attack the depot directly and ignore the hits they get from the bunker

Supply Depot cheese. Too bad the AI isn't smart enough to target those for attacks first with infantry or if a Terran player, nuke any path blockage.

1 bunker per supply depot sir.. your defense is too weak.. then the turret on the both sides is enough..

2 is enough for me I think because once I get the siege tank, they won't be able to pass through, unless you wait for the corsair for the disable, then you're doomed XD Also, the BC will assist in defending also... Once you start attacking, they send their forces on the attacked base, narrowing down the attack on the bunkers... not to mention the fast repair from the SCVs XD
