Thank god for the Fenix is taking damage warning near the end there. That warning addition is nice to have.

Keriggan wasn't interested in conquering moria because she had to devote all her resources for the invasion of korhal. Remeber she was still weak and needed time and resources to build up her force after lost most to the renegade zerg. They sent a compact strong strike force in to take as many resources as possible and then get out before the combine consolidates and unleashes its full counterattack. It actually reminds me a bit of a viking raid tactic.
