When i first see the video, i am like "the video is less than 6 minutes long, he completed the mission this quickly??" Then i watch the video and see that 4 minutes of the video is cut scenes!!!

you have to beat Zerg mission 9 with 10 minutes or more remaining!

You have to complete all campaign missions on the N64. Oh you have a PC? Just search Resurrection IV and download it. There might be a copy on starcraft nibbits.

How do You unlock it?

Complete the previous mission "The Reckoning" in less than 25 minutes. You have a time limit of 30 minutes there, but you will unlock this mission only if you finish while having at least 5:00 or 5:01 on the timer when all Protoss buildings had been destroyed. You can't later access this mission from main campaign menu, either, only after completing The Reckoning again in less than 25 minutes.
