UEDAIP, created by Nekron, is a mod for StarCraft Remastered created to make the existing StarCraft campaigns fun even for more experienced players by enhancing and improving them in a variety of ways with: personified, custom AI scripts for both enemies and allies that are faithful to their faction, a day/night cycle, a completely new UED tech tree, cached bank data and alternate win conditions which affect later missions, and more! This mod gives opportunities for players to improve their macro and creates situations in which they can improve their micro, forcing them to use casters, or just letting them have more fun in their favorite missions.

Hello everyone! Thanks for all the kind words! I hope that this campaign will be an enjoyable experience all the way through, it's been getting some pretty rave reviews! I'll try to chime in with some insight in the comments under each video, and answer whatever questions you may have. If someone's wondering what's currently being worked on, I took a small detour to make a prototype melee AI that uses custom UEDAIP units and upgrades, but generally I'm focused on making sure the Ep 2 Zerg campaing is polished, and setting up everything necessary for the Ep 3 Protoss campaign. Most heroes have been rebalanced to be useful in fights, like whenever you have a standard hero mission you park it in your base and never use it, but not too OP otherwise. Jim's outright flat damage has been reduced, but he does attack faster, increasing his DPS against different targets overall (vanilla Dragoon got the same treatment). Human Kerrigan feels like a sniper, with 50 flat damage, but slower attack speed, can also cast an EMP. Then there are heroes which have auras, like Zeratul having HP regen aura - so all in all Nekron did a good job to incentive the hero usage overall.

Worth noting, Jay was almost right about the Marines - they are cheaper and build faster, but they do 5 damage (instead of 6), and attack slightly slower. They have the same HP and health, but just reducing their DPS by just a little makes one realize how brittle marines truly are.

This reminds me: What was the deal with teal/scion zerg in UEDAIP protoss campaign? Could they cast spells with their base units or smth

Yes! Most Cyan Zerg (Keller Brood was the name, but I'm not sure it was used in any complete maps honestly) could cast spells
