Stardust Speedway was also remixed as Metal Sonic theme in Sonic 4 Episode 2, Generations and Mania (they're faster).

True, but those mostly consist of Bad Future songs. This is the past.

Those are remixes of the Bad Future version. Act 1 of Mania specifically uses the Past version as a basis

I played cd so much to the point I went to Sonic 2 and was like, why are the levels so long. I expected emerald hill to end after my second or 3rd checkpoint but when the level was like 2 or 3 minutes, I was like, what?
