Starfield - Combined Outpost Glitch (needs testing)

Weird (but potentially helpful if can be figured out) outpost glitch that occurred to me as I was messing around with my outposts.
Think the temporary restricted area bug that can happen when placing down outposts allowed me to place an outpost next to and within an already existing outpost, allowing me to expand the area to build a base and potentially allowing items to be transferred over the outposts conjoined borders.
