【Starfield】How to go to NASA launch site but WITHOUT quest marker! (Minor spoiler alert)

Curiosity prompted me to do this. My question was can I find special POI without the help of marker that is given by quest/books etc. Although I think others may already did similar.
I had screenshot of marker given by main quest and I loaded an earlier save to do this little test.
You can't realistically randomly bump into these special POIs but you can indeed go to it without marker, if you already know where they are.
