Starfield - Outpost Building in Restricted Areas

If you use the mod Build & Decorate Anywhere on xbox and then place an outpost beacon near the POI as close as you can get to it. Then you can take it over as your oupost and decorate it how ever you like and even add it to your outpost build.

Wait, how do you have more than one follower? I haven't seen a mod that allows you to do that.

Ive tried two different mods for multiple followers plus console I was only able to accomplish it once I think my save is bugged but not brick. Can you please post steps for multiple thanks for this vid it really helped.
