After handing evidence to Lt. Toft you will find the person it relates to in the UC Vigilance's Brig. If you end up siding with the Crimson Fleet you can release them to help fight the UC guards. I never got Delgado in the Brig, unfortunately.
*I tried taking down the Crimson Fleet base, The Key with an EM weapon to see if some of them would show up but they didn't.

Estelle has the best conversation and point, I didn’t give her up and gave her the most amount of credits. I pretended to care about her and was just stringing her along like a sick game.

I really enjoyed this questline, but I think it would've been perfect if they didn't make every pirate the most insufferable human beings to be around. All of them besides Shinya and the bartender are just condescending jerks, so I cared next to none about them.

I knew I had to bring down the crimson fleet when NPCs imagined a pet Terrormorph.

I never figured out how to get them here. I never had options to give that much evidence. I wanted to save Estelle Vincent but ended up having to kill her on the key. All these people except Ayumi Komiko were there and I had to blast them. I guess I'll have to read a guide next time to figure out how to do it.

If you find ALL the 20 slates and deliver them to Lt. Toft BEFORE the attack on the key you get to save Adler, Evgeny, Estelle, Huan and Ayumi of the Crimson Fleet. Only wish I could've saved Jazz, Mathis and the doc as well. They were cool.

It doesn't have to be all 20, just the evidence that involves those members of the fleet, but you do have to look around a bit

@@Vv20vVPlus Mathis you can’t put in a cell. Mathis is really only available if you plan on siding with the crimson fleet and decide to keep him. Plus I destroyed him and his little “fleet” like wet tissue paper.

She escapes, but you can run into her later as a random space encounter called “Naeva’s Revenge”. Her ship will approach, hail you, and the she berates you before attacking.
