Very cool. The Well is my favorite player apartment because it feels more alive being within that space. Cool to see what people are doing with these spaces. Thanks for the video.

I love decorating these kind of smaller spaces. Some of those outpost habs are so big and hard to fill. This looks amazing. Side note, doesn't the Well apartment suffer a possible reset like the New Atlantis penthouse during a certain mission in the main quest line?

Good question, and I'm not sure. I only started decorating here after completing said quest. Supposedly the reason for the Penthouse bug was because environment topside in New Atlantis changes during that quest, and then changes back after, triggering the reset. I believe this apartment is supposed to be safe because of how it's instanced, much like the Lodge, but couldn't for sure

But did you get the Atlantis penthouse? Because, that quest line where you get it, is broken.

No, it's not. I had no problem during my first playthrough. But it's buggy during several quests, as I noticed in later playthroughs. You have to go back to an earlier save or advance the quest with console commands.

There is a player house right across from the public space under canopies behind The Rock. Did you try going there to see if the real estate agent is waiting in front of that house? He can sell you the apartment.
