@@TugaAvenger I've been born that way. After I died on AC2 for the first time, everything became irrelevant. Nothing provided joy or comfort. Because, I died. By using analog sticks during Greased Lightning. No seriously. I never liked dying in games. Dislike the thought of it more than a thought of actually dying. Always played super, super safe. Crawled whole MoH and MoH Underground on PS1. Any RTS? Heavy fucking turtling. Losing a skirmish game of Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds was a nightmare I had for every night for over a week. Got over it by now, but damn did it take years. :D

@@meatbag9317 They lost all their planes from accidents. I don´t think the reputation has anything to do with it´s combat role. It was just a plane with a lot of flaws that was unfit to serve at anything but high altitudes.

At the opposite, most accidents happened when the plane was used in A2G role, at low-altitude.

The Germans chose the wrong fighter for a recuperating Air Force, and paid for it

This is one of my favorite planes to use because it really gives skilled players a challenge. Sure top tier planes like F-22A or the SU-57 are far superior to the F-104C, but anyone who can use a lower tier plane to get an S rank on all mission is truly a master of the skies.

From what i saw you use the small round reticle to aim if i'm right? Its really cool because it looks like real air combat where you're supposed to aim where the enemy plane will be but its easier said than done ;)

Sorry, I replied to the wrong comment :P i.imgur.com/SnHhvfD.png To answer YOURS, the gun range in AC7 is actually 1800 meters, far more than the reticle range (or previous games) so if you have a good notion of how much lead you need you don't have to wait for it to show up. That said, even when it shows up, the gun reticle is not very accurate in AC7, it "lags" when you maneuver, so you're better off eyeballing it most of of the time anyway. Sadly, I don't think there's any trick I can give you to expedite that learning, it really is something that comes with practice. If you don't have the guns only medal yet, try doing it while keeping the above in mind, it should be plenty enough to give you a good sense.
