I've always found the Wraith much more interesting than any other faction in SGA. I just wish there were more episodes dealing with the wraith as a serious threat, exploring their culture, and having more named wraiths besides Todd and Michael.

No, there aren't any missing as far as I know. The only time they say it to his face is at the beginning of "Enemy at the Gate" when Sheppard says it to him (it's #44 in the video)

Because nobody asked him, and he never told them lol. And that's technically only canon to the Books. And I believe he was originally credited as "Guide" because he "guided" Sheppard out of the complex in the episode "Common Ground".
