Very moving episode with just the right music. Thanks for posting this and for your efforts in putting it together. The scene when Jack slumps to the floor with his back to the wall is the most poignant scene in the whole series.

have anyone read stargate SG-1 novels, the cost of honor and a matter of honor by sally malcolm? In the novel it told how affected o'neill was by this tortured... and how guilty daniel fells for cannot helping him out.

Watched this again. Love this video because it is of a very emotional episode......Abyss - with the very evil Ba'al as the villain. RDA does an amazing job in this episode.....showing just the right amount of victimization and also heroism. GREAT video.

They are, but it is in the novel. I think they should made an episodes out of those novels. it is weird enough how someone didn't get affected at all after such events.
