Watched this again. LOVE the song and the scenes. Yes, Sam had to decide and thank God she chose Jack and not Pete (ugh). If only the writers had allowed Sam and Jack to be together forever......but no. So sad that they didn't. But we all know their love for each other was real and deep. I guess that will have to be enough........sigh. Sam and Jack forever!

I don't recall the name but I think that's when O'Neill and rest after that are on the ship of Thor! And it was maaaany replicators! At the end they blow the ship and escaped with gliders! But I'm not sure!

I wished they got together on the show it looked like to me that they was hinting at Sam and Jack and that they would have gotten together. Just like how through out the entire series of Atlantis they were hinting at Shepard and Teyla

If you search Stargate Atlantis Trio deleted scenes Sam and Jack did end up together but it was offscreen.
