Its not far better. In fact rapids are way better. Its much easier for top level players to draw today than it was a decade ago, thanks to engines. Infact fisher random chess or chess 960 is my favourite because there is no opening theory. Its like writing a research paper with a novel idea.

Soo I checked on stockfish, before I thought that it was drawish because white could take the bishop afterwards and take also the knight with a tempo on the Queen (to resume Bg2#, Kg1, Ne2#, KxBg2, NxQd4,NxNd4 and with that attacks the black queen) but the engine says that Bg2 is a terrible blunder from black perspective (from -2.9 to +2.8 in white favor). Indeed, after all these captures we mentioned white has 2 rooks for the queen, which is winning. (Also, I blundered my own explanation since the last NxNd4 can't happend due to the pin)

You arent missing anything, other than that the position is still winning for white there. problem is that after Bg2+, Kg1, Ne2+, KxBg2, and NxQd4 the game would be a queen, bishop, and knight for black versus two rooks and two knights for white. This is completely winning for white even without the queen.

Totally understandable tho. Shows that the problem are not the Iranian, but their state.

11:30 ;i think black bishop moving E2 is not the winning move, because white rook capture f4 (black knight) then black dont have any threat on white king,if the black rook goes for check d1 then simply move the white king to f2
