Just finished this awful tower. Managed to get trough it with different variations of my triborgs. I think they are pretty well suited for the job- constant power drain with SP 1 is pretty good especially for the dreaded battle 194. Sub Zero, Cyrax and Smoke managed to kill the mk 11 team. For me, thia tower was more frustration than fun. I cant imagine how rather new players will finish it. Not to.mention that unless you are paying for packs, you will not get much lin kuei equipment.

@@PapiSapo in order to finish the tower, you must have at least two maxed out gold characters who have good synergy. Otherwise, you wont be able to beat some of the awful teams in later tower levels.

Star, first of all he's getting all the power from a Well set up talent tree where your idle team mates gain 10% of power spent. And Tanya only breaks gear on successful hit.

It doesn’t say successful hit, only successful special attack. I believe she still disables gear on block, but she doesn’t if the opponent dodges like Jason or Jade

memory mukwiza I don’t use her myself, so idk about player side, but I know for certain in Faction Wars, if you block her specials it still disables your gear. I was playing with a maxed out Witch’s Ward and I had the Hawk Stance talent maxed out, so my character was immune to fire. Tanya used her special 1, I blocked it, and then I knocked her out. MK11 Scorpion tagged in and set me on fire. If she didn’t disable my Witch’s Ward, this would’ve been impossible. And before you ask, that was the only time she used a special, so she didn’t disable it before I blocked her special 1

MK11 Scorpion does cripple on special 1 if u get above 90% The strategy I used isn't as good as this one, but I used MK11 Scorpion, Klassic Scorpion (His special one does a lot of damage for me) and obviously Tanya. My team surprisingly worked, and obviously Klassic Scorpion can be replaced. He was there for my damage dealer. So ye that's what my team was XD

No just using special attack breaks the equipment u hear breaking sound when u use special attack and it doesn't sound when u breaker all their equipment

Successful doesn't mean unblocked. The sounds after Tanya's attacks tells you when she's breaking a gear card even if the opponent is blocking. An unsuccessful attack is for example the evasion that assassin Jade does or the X-ray immunity of Terminator.

Hi Starinsky, The only way to complete the Lin Kuei tower in two tries is to used maxed out Ronin team with maxed out Lin Kuei tower gear. You will be surprised with the damage dealt by this team. Try it of possible.

Its that little triangle you see on top of cards when you fuse them. You can see it before actually opening the card and thus you can find out if you are gonna fuse a character or if there is no notch you are gonna get a new character
