Winning with just physical damage isnt the only way to play(unless you are legion).Put recharge instead of precision on your weapon because you want your main source of damage to be the shadow attacks, its what heralds are masters at :D and with interference,critical mass, leash, you can get a lot of attacks and bully them in a corner. Put amplification on helmet and the one rare ability( I forget its name) that gives extra shadow energy for critical hits. I've basically charged my shadow attack sometimes in less than 5 seconds and I dont even main heralds so the abilities arent upgraded much. Aaaaand with charging your shadow energy more often means you can use those healing abilities when entering shadow mode and survive longer but its a bummer how the ai can activate it when on the ground but us players have to get up first( darn it nekki)

The big throwing stars for heralds are so ridiculous, what weapon even looks like that irl plus its so hard to duck and dodge them especially with how ducking is not as manual as it is in sf2, better to roll backwards to dodge them. Plus ever since mines were added no event ranged weapon that isnt a trap wont be better

You need to forward dash to your opponent and throw them on the floor with a body slam. .. using leash after the body slam is garuanteed to hit the opponent without the bots blocking

It is because of how much powerful legendary weapons he has. He has spent money. I always have to fight on impossible and I only have like 100 gems and 200 shadow power. still I have made it to last chapter

remove ranged weapon trust me, I am almost at 14k and already facing often opponents well over 15k. Nekki says its one of their top priorities to fix matchmaking in 2019. The shadow attack for the star is great with the helmet because while its grinding them up in the air, you can hit them at any time with the helmets ability so you want to wait till its damage is done, then use the helmet and they will still get hit and stay down on the ground for more hits but you have to make sure the enemy is standing otherwise it just hits them and flies away, making them get up fast and you standing like a statue
