Yes but iron man's not here and there is only loki thor black widow and spider man. It also take some elements from Avengers training initiative with iron man being busy with hydra robots in Hong Kong a reference to the iron man experience and its not on a cruise ship.

The story plot simply does not make sense. Spiderman was not with the avengers yet when they were going after Loki's scepter. Even 7 year olds will notice that!

It's true though and I ain't hating on him. Spiderman wasn't an Avenger until recently. So there is no way he was with the Avengers during the the time Loki was a villain with that scepter.
