I played this song as I held my fathers hand as he took his final breaths. So grateful for such a beautiful, peaceful melody. I know it aided my fathers transition and made the moment that much sweeter. Thank you for sharing this. My grandpa passed away last year. I was with him the day before he left this place. It was a difficult experience. He drifted in and out and went from gasping for air to speaking coherently. One of my brothers told me that we should see beauty in the departure of our loved ones before it’s a bit like being with a woman who is giving birth. I couldn’t even wrap my head around that concept until I read your comment. Blessings xoxo.
