Starlink 9-3 broadcast archive (Stage 2 failure)

Upload of the launch broadcast of Starlink group 9-3 for archival purposes. This launch suffered an upper stage anomaly during the initial orbit insertion on the broadcast followed by a Merlin Vacuum engine explosion after the broadcast during the circularization burn. This was the first flight failure of a Falcon 9 rocket since 2015.
