As in, there is no variable charge to his ult, his projectile is always shot at the same timing. But you have to wait for it to come to you, so your dodge timing varies.

To anyone that’s saying they’d struggle to remember, not even kidding, try playing a support. It’ll help develop your ability to parallel process. You have to manage your healing resources, your timing, manage enemy and ally locations, their ults, your own health, positioning, and damage output. Generally, most of that stuff you’ll want to be able to process on all your roles, but for support it is even more important. For the other two roles, you can focus a lot more on dealing damage, positioning, and taking space more than ult tracking, heals, etc. This is especially true for characters like Mantis and Adam, where they’re either using a limited resources or their primary heals are on cooldown. It’s also just good to get used to what characters abilities do what and how to counter them

As a BP main I'm absolutely certain you won't be able to time that ult. He's gonna mark you before that even happens, and you never know when he's gonna ult within his dashes. Saving that dash for that ult means you have a high chance you're already almost dead, not to mention if others in your team got marked, you're gonna be in the line of fire anyways.
