Firstly he should get a refund, the coaching failed, he talks like a demented robot! Secondly we couldn't visit dying relatives whilst he received this personal voice coaching which he labelled as key work, yet he still insists they aren't a two tier lot. Is there a politician who actually stuck to the rules that they forced on us though?

If I, as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, had to see my clients remotely then a 'voice coach' would have had to. Of course it can be done online (voice coaching for speaking is still being offered online) but, one has to ask, how bad was he before, because it doesn't seem to have done any good?
