I think the thing that was sketchy about all this, was less the age gap and more the fact that Brenda used to be in a position of authority in Michael's life as his stepmother. I know it was brief, but still. Thank god they didn't actually do anything.

Brenda, the manipulator. At least Carly has learned to admit and own some of her mistakes. Brenda just blames everything on everyone else. She's the eternal victim.
