Who doesn't know how much it cost to live in MOST parts of California? Raise your hand please! Please don't move out here UNLESS you have excellent credit and about $50,000 minimum in cash OR you have relatives that will help you. I tell my relatives, don't come out here, you cannot afford it. AND YOU CAN"T STAY WITH ME unless you're ready to work and be able to move out within 3 months. EDIT That after-the-show update is pitiful.
