Mahoraga can adapt, as it can adapt to "All phenomenon". the speed of SAS's quick doesn't matter. If her quirk couldn't stop Shigaraki's quirk from destroying her, what makes you think she can stop Mahoraga's ability to adapt? It can't. Its beyond what her quirk is capable of. Not to mention SAS doesn't even know Mahoraga's name... So she can't manipulate Mahoraga anyway.

@@RuralToucher There is a theory that she s limited to her minds thought process, the reason she isn't stronger than Almight is cus she herself believe Almight to be Pinnacle of strength or rather her idol or something of that sort. I mean why should there be a limit when she could easily do physics breaking feats like holding lasers of all things and turning air into a giant mech . it wont really make sense, so its most likely her subconscious limiter.
