I worked around restaurant kitchens for 20+ years, so I was anxious to see how this series depicted the business. They did good! Ep 7 "Review" is especially brilliant. All but the first two & a half minutes was filmed as one continuous take.

One of the things I really love about this show is that’s there absolutely no woke sht in it whatsoever none of the characters bring up racial crap or problems it’s a mix of diverse characters without beating you over the head with it there just all interesting characters plan and simple there’s no need to talk about there race at all or the “problems” that comes with that there just people with real kinds of problems that anyone can relate to regardless of ethnicity an amazing show I’m hooked I hope they plan on another season
