I love the witch in the human world idea but i think that some new characters in that universe would make more sence than a alternative universe thing, still love the idea though

If king is a Titan and has Titan blood wouldn't Luz be able to use glyffs near him?

As seen in the finale of the Owl House, King has his own unique glyphs. But at the finale King had to draw a large glyph at that point, and when Luz used Papa Titan's glyphs, they were small but were still extremely effective and powerful. So technically Luz can, but they'd have to be significantly bigger.
