I think it's just making the water boil and condensate but it's not really moving.

The pressure wave from the sonic boom causes temperature change, the low pressure and lower temperature make it easier for the water droplets to form. So in moist air where clouds are close to forming they can suddenly form when the shockwave passes by. So it's just water that's already there in the air, but it turns into visible cloud for a moment. If you go frame by frame you can see that the cloud closest to the starship actually dissapears a bit, because first the higher pressure and higher temperature hit, making the existing cloud evaporate a bit. Then the low pressure area hits, which makes much more cloud appear. Btw that cloud is made up of dust for a large part, because it was created by the rocket lifting off, so that dust is not effected by the shockwave. And yes, it looks totally awesome!

yeah it was a scam i need to shorten the video and cut it out. i was on the actual livestream but my girlfriend closed it on accident and i went to the wrong thing getting it back. it was a scam obviously...
