If Sistar had to disband, I'm so glad they did it this way. Not because of controversies or fights between members or their popularity was fizzling. They are simply leaving at peak popularity so each member can do solo stuff with best opportunities. And I love how they prepped Star1s and have been going out with a bang and goodbye celebration stages rather than just quietly announcing it and disappearing like so many girl groups did. It gave fans time to grieve and for Sistar to show how much they appreciated everyone. Sistar did it right.

kagnomi that's what I love about them. Now we just have to support each member individually. So different from other groups. They learned how to appreciate each other even if the company form them. There just real sisters without being related to each other.

kagnomi Exactly, and they still interact a lot on SNS, SISTAR may be disbanded (more like hiatus for me, as they said they wanted to reunite), All SISTAR sns accounts are still active and they still post content ( I hope they post stuff about each member even if they are not in Starship anymore) plus Starship still follows all of the members. I hope as well that we see them together on shows and stage again (as individuals), that THEIR bond remains as strong as it's now forever and that they do some collabs, meet often and comeback as Sistar in the near future (I hope for the 10th anniversary). They all wanted to leave SISTAR and achieve things on their own, but they will never leave eachother and their Sister bond.

As much as I miss them I think it was smart for them to choose to disband when they did. They didn’t have any scandals and we’re still popular and now they will be remembered as the legends they rightfully are.

They had the best disband that I can remember of all K-Pop groups, and I'm an old-timer. So yeah, they did it beautifully. Hence, I believe so many new viewers are amazed by their "style" and keep harking back to this 2nd gen. Also, a #STAR1 ... so don't believe everything I say, lol.

I was just thinking how Hyolyn's solo career, the reason behind Sistar's disbandment, hasn't exactly taken off like I think she thought it would -- none of their solo careers have for that matter -- but you make a very good point. Sometimes it's best to leave while you're on top. At least they weren't abandoned by their label for money reasons as has been the tragic case far too often. Still, I can't help but hope for a reunion ...maybe reforming under Hyolyn's new label?

Coming from a rather small company, having to fight with big girlgroups like: 2NE1, SNSD (OT9), WONDER GIRLS, MISS A, T-ARA... and still being able to make a name for yourself is what I call power!! Not a STAR1, but I'm touched at how this video didn't just seem like a goodbye. In this video, seeing them together laughing and smiling reminded us that the bond between these girls will always be strong. They seem to be disbanding on a good note, which is really good. Out of all the Disbandments, this one hit the hardest.. I nvr actually cried watching a disbandment video until now. I just want to say thank you Sistar for everything and even though they are disbanding, its on a good note with no scandals or conflicts 🙏🏻 I'm super proud to be a Star1 and as a second generation fan I'm sad to say I will probably not follow kpop anymore

2022, KZbin recommended this MV to me. It was my first time watching the MV. I was extremely shocked and touched. I never knew that Sistar filmed their disband song in my hometown, watching their last memories where I was so familiar. My tears dropped. I was really missing their group, despite I was not a fan of them before, but their songs accompanied my primary school years.
