aaah warms my heart to see such a relationship as these two have and had. extactic they won the award well deserved. glad they thanked those involved , but i was praying Pauls last thanks was going to be directed to David and it was, i was so happy it was, think it took David by surprise, how beautiful and i know David would have said the same as he has said in many of his interviews . the love these men share is real and genuine friends 10yrs before S&H after and up until Davids death. nothing was forced came naturally from two men who loved each other shared a bond and love of two brothers, they share an unbreakable bond and a brotherly love like never seen before! RIP David

I agree that the central attraction of the show was a relationship between two men where there was affection and tenderness, something rarely shown in male relationships. It's obvious that the real life friendship between the two men echoed what we saw on screen and surpassed it, as it has continued long past the end of the series. Brava to the both of you!

Genuine and heartfelt friendship here. As I write this, the date is March 7, 2021. That means this took place just over 45 years ago on Feb.19, 1976. It’s so inspiring and quite cool to know that Paul Glasser and David Soul were and still are, to this day such true friends. Bravo!
