Speaking from experience as someone who's journeyed from learning a skill to running an agency and then investing in new projects, I can say that the real entrepreneurial path is much messier than any step-by-step guide. It's about quick thinking, adaptability, and being ready to pivot. There's no clear roadmap; success often comes from figuring things out on the fly

How did you start and which skill did you focus on? I’m 20 and thinking of focusing myself in that direction , so every advice would be much appreciated.

@@nikolaygospodinov9180 Back when I kicked off as a designer, and now as I run a product design agency for SaaS, there's one piece of advice I'd tell my younger self: 'Your portfolio is a magnet for your future clients.' Only showcase the kind of projects you're excited about taking on in the future. Don't have those in your portfolio yet? Go out and find them. Even if it means working on a few for free, it's totally worth it. Those projects will draw in the kind of clients you're looking to work with.

Questions about setting up a SaaS business: 1. What method do you use to find an audience and ideas to build a SaaS? 2. Did you validate your idea to make sure your target audience has the money and is willing to pay for your SaaS before you built it? 3. What payment method do you use to take recurring monthly payments from your users? 4. How are you tracking expenses, revenue, profit, and taxes? 5. Did you set up an LLC and business bank account? 6. How are you marketing your SaaS to your audience? Paid ads on social media, SEO, Email? 7. If you're using email marketing to sell to your audience. Are you following the CAN-SPAM ACT by adding a physical address to the bottom of all your emails? 8. How do you avoid using your physical home address on emails if you don't have an office?

Eventually, you will have a team full of bubble developers to do client work for you.

what about when you land a client, land a contract, find someone to do the work for you, then that person bails. What do you do then because then you're stuck with the work and have nobody to do it and since you have established a contract, you're expected to have the work done, but now you're busy trying to find someone else that will do it. ALSO what about when land a client, then when you hire a someone, THAT person hires SOMEONE ELSE, then that person hires ANOTHER person. At that point you don't even know who is doing the work 😆 seems like it could be inconsistent and end up being a hassle, or am I just overthinking?
