I have resigned in 2014 and since than doing my own business.i have been living on farm for last two years. I am in agri business now. Its a wonderful experience. I am forming a model farm and teaching school n organic farming. This school is not for earnings rather to teach technique for doing organic farming.

I partially agree with this gentleman. However he's critical of industrialization and schooling. So what's the alternative for that? Low skilled people?. He may not know this but most western schools do teach critical thinking skills and his references are out of date. Entrepreneurship is great but not everyone has the necessary skills or capacity for that.

He equates low pay with jobs. Actually it's low skill equates to low pay. One reason why countries like pakistan have such low pay and poverty is due to low skills and high population.

Obedience taught in schools does not only create slaves but also a disciplined talent .. And talent without discipline is useless .. So instead of asking people to keep away from schools you should be highlighting what schools are lacking to give to the society....
