I am a retired school teacher. There are several qualities I feel are essential to being an effective instructor:(1) a thorough knowledge of the material being taught:(2) a sensitivity to the abilities and limits of the targeted group, and (3) a manner of delivery that is effective: non-monotonic without being overly dramatic. In my opinion, you excel in all of these respects. I took up drawing a few years ago, then with retirement, got kind of complacent. I needed a catalyst to get me going again. Thanks so much for your excellent instruction
