This song is ridiculously amazing, although I do have to say that despite Clare Bowditch's beauty, this film clip really doesn't do the song any justice.

@tinydancer666 i didnt see it as an attack X) and they are, its an odd connection but when i think of the 2 i see Bat for Lashes in the mix

Loved your Canberra gig tonight. Loved this song and we understood your sentiment but would love to share the perspective as a retired female veteran of 25 years and being a mum and the other side of the Australian ANZAC tradition if you would be interested. We loved your encore Woman as that encapsulated us too and how we wish to empower future serving women #foodforthoughtandfuturelyrics

What song is this either a cover of or sampled?

@tinydancer666 is this a true fact? or your personal opinion? i dont mean it ina rude way lol im seriously asking so then i could try and make a connection with Imogen heap and Bowditch :) ( i can hear similarities between the 2)

2:40! I have been there :D

@JChiggy20 I'm saddened that anyone would seriously think that Imogen Heap invented this style of vocal layering.
@tinydancer66613 жыл бұрын
@breathJONNYstay it's my own opinion but based it on similarities between them both and Imogen being around longer :) both are very talented women though, didn't mean it as an attack at her

don't stress. i'm being harsh. i like shitty music that reminds me of my childhood. sometimes i feel artist who strike at the 'avante garde' thing is forced, as an artist wants to have their own voice and scream out that they're an uncompromised individual. claire is pretty good. didn't mean to upset.

Amazing song - Just bought it on itunes Terrible video - one star. Looks like a Berlin tourism campaign done on the cheap. Sorry but its true.
