Love your teaching style! It is so relatable. I started playing scales on one string at a time in all 12 keys as a warmup like you suggested. Really powerful. Thanks again for everything.
Yes!! ...."and now you has jazz" Thanks Pops and Daniel 🙏

Thank you Daniel, for all the resources that you create ! Very interesting and helpful. If i may ask, I would love a video about comping a bebop standard. (In a band context, Drums, bass and Sax)

When you started playing that descending C major triad I thought you were going into the Simpsons theme. Love the lesson and the shirt!

Great video as always Daniel, congratulations! Would you maybe make a video or give some hints on how to work more specifically on timing and rhythm? How would you suggest to do this bebop arpeggios exercise in order to work on time feeling? Thank you in advance!

@@WeissGuitar thanks! That’s a sure fire characteristic of a genuine teacher 👍. I’m already checking out your channel on a regular basis. Right now, I’m working on connecting the pentatonic, both major and minor. It took me years, if not decades, to realize they’re the same scale, with just different starting points 😲. I’m 63 now, and more than ever, realizing guitar is my lifetime journey. I grew up with 70s rock, moved on to acoustic alternative, now I’m a total jazz freak😀. Who knew? Congrats on your success on u tube!! Enjoy the moment, but understand, the best is yet to come!! Peace my brother in guitar 🙏🏻
