Summer is actually the slowest season for retail and reselling businesses hence the term “summer slow down”. Making $5 on a $100 investment doesn’t sound like a profitable business model? What are you making after taxes etc? You would need to sell 200 pairs to make $1000 profit. 200 pairs @ $100 each is $20,000. So your spending 20k to make 1k ?

My example was a hypothetical, but sticking to that hypothetical… You start with $1,000 Buy 10 shoes ($100 each) Sell them all in a week since you bought good moving SKUs Make $50 ($5 each; worst case scenario) Repeat 3 more times (4 weeks in a month) Make $200 that month 20% return for the month … you in theory spent $4,000 to make $200 but in actuality you only ever had $1,000… you don’t technically have to pay taxes until you make around 10k in profit too. I get the most sales in summer as well, I have already doubled my sales since last month. If you have any further questions feel free to message me!
