AOA.First of all sir you are great teacher. Secondly your start stop switch seemed faulty because its didn't operates the bcm warning buzzer when you press it if input voltage are coming on it's input wire it should worked but it can't.when you bypass it works. One more thing you didn't told us that steering lock is working because if you double press the push button it must unlock cars steering if not then your push button didn't send power to SKM and PDM. In video you only bypass the wire going to PDM which turn on the BCM buzzer you also need to bypass the wire which is going to SKM to ensure its working. Bypass both wires only if your push start button didn't work. Please make videos like these no worry's how they long. Peoples who want to learn watch the whole video. I appreciate your work sir. If you trace any fault regarding this please let us know. I am waiting. Inshallah you will succeed.

I have reported vehicle for diagnosis fortuner 2022 model push start button work abnormally vehicle start without depressing brake pedal and not able to come on ignition. in scan tool several DTC shows after diagnosis i found when i disconnected SRS ECU vehicle starting normally as it should be start and all functions work normally abc All DTCs gone on SRS lost communication dtc remaining because SRS is disconnected and after reconnecting ecu same problem started again we swap ecu but problem as it is. i check wiring found air bag ground pin resistance above 1 ohm. normally it should be below 1 ohm. i checked wiring harness found ok any one have idea how to proceed further.

I think sir, pdm has not given power to all three relays. you can also check whether initial power supply from junction box to relay before giving 12v given by pdm to relay. Pdm is culprit. Hatts of to you and your hard work. I am not technician or mechanic whatever I have learnt is from you and your videos. I am regular viewer.
