I love the way you think. May I ask, What made you come up with a notary membership platform?

@@Navajosun Thank you. Jealously. It was the fall of 2020 and I had a real estate deal falling apart. I heard about notaries making 10k/mth doing loan signings….for real estate (my wheelhouse). So in my mind I needed some of that $$. So I got my notary commission and took all the loan signing training. That’s when I realized that I did not want to do what they had to do to make the 10k/mth (I.e driving 45 minutes, printing 200-300 pieces of paper, waiting 30,60,90 days to get paid….maybe). So I decided to create a ‘Notary Brokerage’ like my real estate brokerage. I created a Facebook group to recruit the best and brightest notaries (Notary Nerds). Once I created the group I realized they didn’t want to do loan signings either.🤣 They wanted other options to make $$ with their notary commission. I created Notary Nerds University on January 1, 2021. It’s generated over 620k as of this typing.❤️

I am a nurse assistant who went to school learned how to grow cannabis but have 1-2 semesters before i can even get my degree but cant go to school this semester. What skills can i use?

Use the things that you have accomplished. For instance, if you have hands on experience getting better than average results in growing cannabis; use that to establish yourself as an expert. You are not the experts among experts necessarily. But you are better at doing it than other people…as an example. If you don’t have hands on experience in doing something great in the cannabis space; look around your life for another area where you have accomplished something solid. Maybe you’ve lost 30 lbs in a month or maybe you’ve started a dog walking business in the past…it doesn’t have to be what you went to school for or something that you are interested in currently. It has to be something that you have a PROVEN track record in that other people need help with.
