How long do you marinate the white round eggplant...I know you put hot peppers & garlic and for sure boiled water. I want to learn, thanks❤️

@@pa5ingk049 I'm very happy about this. The water used to soak eggplants is boiled water mixed with enough salt and a little sugar. Soak for about 3 days before you can eat it. wish you success ❤❤❤
